Scrolling through the thousands of pictures I've taken in the 6 years my little Violet has been here, I realised how frequently I was on the other side of the camera. As parents we are so eager to capture the memories, we often forget that we are part of them too. That's where I come in!
Allowing me to capture those precious memories for you means you are able to fully immerse yourself in the moment, without the added pressure of trying to capture the 'perfect picture' to remember them by.
I offer a wide range of sessions such as newborn, milestone and family photography either with or without parents, siblings, grandparents and beyond.
The important part
Whilst I am a self taught photographer, I have always loved photography and have been doing this as a hobby for friends and family for around 4 years.
I decided to launch my business at the end of the summer after being constantly encouraged by family and friends to take things to the next level, loosing my grandad earlier in the year was the final push I needed to take my little hobby to the next level. My Grandad was a huge part of my life, and also had a huge passion for photography too, after him leaving me his photography equipment I felt it was the right time to channel my grief into something I love to do so much, hoping to make him proud.
In Autumn 2023 I completed a training course at The Newborn Photography Limited with Sarah and Sandra who have both got over 20 years experience. This has enabled me to branch out into one of my favourite areas of photography, I am hoping to build my portfolio in this area now that I have obtained a training certificate and am able to safely offer these sessions to my clients and am looking forward to being able to offer these sessions alongside the others.
I also have a certificate in safety for newborn posing and am fully insured with an enhanced DBS certificate.
